I'm no medical professional or therapist. But I know the true cost of growing and running an agency at all costs because I nearly died from Crohn's Disease surgery complications (thanks to the stress and over-doing it).
Looking back, I should have dealt with things sooner: gotten a therapist, reduced my schedule, hired a fitness and nutirion coach, learned to manage stress, and put myself first.
So I will make sure you're putting yoursel first, managing your energy, and pursuing the right growth goals for the right reasons without forgetting your own wellbeing.
