    All the support you need to get a grip on your agency's growth and solve issues. We meet every other week to tackle one specific objective in a workshop, plus quarterly half-day reviews and more.

    • Welcome clarity workshop (2 hr)
    • Unlimited ad-hoc support (email, voice note, text)
    • Agency scorecard creation
    • Bi-weekly progress workshops (2 hr)
    • Weekly proactive check-ins

Bi-weekly workshops in the Intense plan

 

You'll complete a detailed agency intake questionnaire and we'll have a 1.5 hr kick-off call to go over your answers. Then we'll do a 2.0 hr Clarity Workshop to focus on the agency you want to build and why. After this all your goals and issues will be listed in priority within our shared Asana workspace.
 
Then we meet bi-weekly for a 2.0 hr workshop focused on what matters most to your business. On some occasions you may wish to keep it operational (review numbers, projects, and progress), and on others you may wish to learn a new skill or work on the business.
 
I will guide you on which workshops to do for maximum impact and the choice is always yours.

Issue Solving

We list, prioritise, and solve (or make a plan to solve) all current issues in your agency. If there's one major burining issue, we can spend the whole session on that.

Level-10 EOS Session

We review the agency's numbers (Scorecard), employee and customer headlines, project (rock) status, and solve issues. If there's no other specific workshop you want to do, this is what we default to.​

Agency Health Audit

We go deep in one of these areas with a SWOT and make a plan to enhance it: Clients, Pipeline, Team, Founder, Processes.

Growth Marketing

We define your agency growth marketing strategy, plan, and budget from scratch, and/or enhance any of its critical elements, such as: unique value proposition, client acquisition plan, marketing budget.
